Creating Circular Patterns: A Step-by-Step Guide
Find the Center: Locate the center of where you want to place your wreath.
Secure the Template: Insert the pin from under the quilt at the center, then place the pin lock over the pin to hold it in place.
Quilting with the Template:
Ensure that your needle is in the middle of the foot to ensure that you are sewing ¼ inch off the template edge.
Place the ruler foot snugly against the template and pull your bobbin thread to the top.
Begin sewing, keeping the ruler foot touching the template, and tracing around the outside edge of the template.
Once at the end of the template, leave the needle down, move the template, line back up on the markings you selected, and repeat this pattern until the end of the design or the block.
