Only use it with fabrics that are heavier than it - e.g. duckcloth, canvas, some homedecs.
Never use it on regular cotton, satin, flannel, gingham, etc. -
Fusing direct to quilt cotton can see it end up with wrinkles - apply shape flex to the back of the cotton fabric to avoid this issue

Tips:
For large areas, start ironing in the middle of the piece and work out toward the edges
Many use Craft fuse to preserve those flimsy patterns you can still buy and gosh they tear so easy!
Now with craft fuse applied they will last forever!
