Built around our town square, Homegrown is a multi-layered quilt using hand dyed wools and textural fabrics. Homes may be pieced or layered, then enchanced with embroidery in a vast array of fibers differing in type and weight. As with all towns, expect the unexpected… mystery stitched random elements will appear throughout the quilt.

Many do their own thing with the borders - making their quilt unique!
Quilters Comments:
I keep wondering if I’m ever going to run out of ideas to make each of these Homegrown quilts unique, but so far each one has been slightly different itself in one way or another.
Some have the blocks in different spots. Some used extra embellishments.
Some did their own thing with the stitches they weren’t feeling quite up to.
It’s okay to not follow the pattern to the exact letter and add in your own flair. It’s your quilt, you gotta live with it
