You will notice this ruler has one end with a curve and the other end is straight. The end with the curve has a hole which we can use for a pin to allow for perfect marking around our design, There are pin holes the whole way down the ruler allowing for us to decide the exact reference we want around the design. We have wonderful video showing exactly how this Circleworks Outer Rim Tool works. Works on a circle up to 18″, used with CrossHair Square to mark outer points on a design.
